Pedro4D Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Pedro4D ("Platform", "We", or "Pedro4D") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Pedro4D.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Pedro4D platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect immediately from the date your account is registered.

To open a Pedro4D account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Pedro4D does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition order issued by any relevant authority.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person. Proxy accounts or accounts registered in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Using legitimate funds that are not derived from any unlawful activity for any deposit into a Pedro4D account.

Pedro4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Pedro4D account at any time. Pedro4D detects duplicate accounts through matching of IP addresses, devices, personal information, and payment methods. Players found to be holding more than one account will have all associated accounts closed and any outstanding winnings forfeited.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Pedro4D account login details. Pedro4D recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Pedro4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's own negligence.

Pedro4D reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases involving fraud, misconduct, breach of terms, or at the request of relevant authorities. Players may also request voluntary account closure through the Pedro4D customer support team.

• Sharing an account with another player, including family members
• Using a VPN or location-masking software to access Pedro4D
• Opening a new account after a previous account was closed due to a violation
• Transferring account balances between different players

All financial transactions on Pedro4D are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Pedro4D accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are legitimate local Malaysian payment options:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–2 hours for regular members and 15 minutes for Pedro4D VIP members. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Pedro4D system are final. Displayed odds are real-time and may change before a bet is confirmed. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances as determined by Pedro4D.

If a match is cancelled or suspended for more than 48 hours from the scheduled kick-off time, all related bets will be refunded to players. If the match resumes within 48 hours, all bets will remain valid.

Pedro4D offers in-play betting markets for selected matches. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments such as penalties, red cards, or goals. The outcome of in-play bets is final, based on official data from sources recognised by Pedro4D.

• Threatening or harassing staff or other players on the Pedro4D platform

Any account suspected of involvement in the above activities will be frozen immediately while an investigation is carried out. Winnings obtained through means that violate these terms will be voided in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pedro4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Pedro4D platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's own negligence

Notwithstanding the above, Pedro4D accepts full responsibility for the payment of legitimate winnings that have been verified in accordance with the applicable terms.
